Goal : Bring Global Notoriety to Art Basel’s Wynwood Global Street Artists

Strategy : Showcase their talents in a once in a lifetime Global Art Battle (Fight Club Style) by merging global cities into an underground event.

Approach : Black markers flew when the Secret Wars clock struck, a Gloabl everlevents in Wynwood, during Art Basel Miami on December 1st. The artists up for the challenge were Buff Monster, Kano, and Tristan Eaton, representing USA, against Chaz, Mr. K, and Wayne Horse, representing Europe. For ninety minutes, the artists merged freestyle with no plan or materials, limited to only black markers on white board. The crowd, which included a mix of international artists and fans, cheered USA securing their victory. The “battle” was hosted by Underbelly Project, a temporary space in Wynwood, as a Base for the competition,
